Guest COVID-19 Guidelines:
Your safety and comfort are at the top of our mind as our community returns to normal following the pandemic. With our recliner seats, our theaters have ample spacing to ensure physical/social distancing while you're in our building. Even so, we do ask that you please be mindful of the following notes to ensure a comfortable and safe moviegoing experience for everyone.
Facial coverings are strictly required. According to CDC guidelines, facial coverings are one of the best ways to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, which often does not present with any symptoms, but can be devastating to other who come in contact with asymptomatic individuals. To reduce this risk, all guests must wear masks in the theater at all times, except while eating or drinking. We have masks available for those who may arrive without one. Anyone unable to wear a mask should not attend the movies at this time.
Advance reservation is recommended. Tickets will be available 3-5 days before each scheduled showtime, and capacity is limited due to the need to maintain physical space between parties in the theater. Reservation will guarantee a seat, but to help ensure social distancing, we are requesting that you do not book a seat directly next to another party. If you are the first to book in a row, please reserve starting at the ends, rather than the middle. If the show starts to fill, we may shift ill-placed reservations a few seats in either direction to accommodate other guests safely, if needed.
Advance concession purchase is recommend. Snacks may be purchased any time before you arrive at the theater, and we will also offer snacks for in-person purchase if you would prefer. If you have any questions or special requests, there is an area during checkout to make notes.
Before leaving home, please check your party to ensure that nobody has symptoms of illness. If anyone is ill, nobody in your party should attend the show to avoid the possibility of transmitting illness to others.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early. Larger groups should arrive earlier. Upon arrival, we will ask you to select seats from among those available in the auditorium subject to physical distancing controls. In the lobby, areas are marked on the floor where you should wait until it is your turn at the front counter. Once you have your tickets and snacks, please proceed directly to your seats.
Please maintain physical distance when exiting the theater. Be mindful of those in front and allow plenty of time to exit. If you have difficulty walking, please remain seated until others have exited to ensure a smooth flow toward the exits.
